The more modern attractions, such as the Thames Barrier Visitor's Centre is a fascinating look at how London is protected from flooding. Visit the world famous waxworks museum Madame Tussauds and next door the London Planetarium. London Zoo is also another popular attraction among many tourists Attractions aside, London offers its visitors luxury shopping districts such as Harrods, fascinating markets, plenty to do at night, many famous restaurants and is also a good base for traveling from to see the rest of Britain.
